Most mornings, I snooze one too many times to fix a beautiful breakfast. I usually have just enough time to grab some toast before racing out the door. When I do have the chance to make myself a nice breakfast eggs are my go to. According to Authority Nutrition, eggs are full of essential amino acids, protein and can keep you going until the next meal. But they can also get pretty boring.
