Below are a few recipes I found that contain healthier variations of classic holiday treats including almond milk hot chocolate and gingersnap cookies.
Almond Milk Hot Chocolate:

First mix together cocoa powder, truvia, coffee, vanilla and 1 tablespoon of almond milk in a mug with a fork. Then add the rest of the almond milk and mix until smooth and microwave for one minute or until it is your ideal temperature.
